Is this course only for participants with leadership titles already?
Not at all. Many of our strongest participants come in without any official titles. If you are curious, motivated, and willing to learn how to influence and inspire people and grow a business, this is for you. The course will help you create your own leadership opportunities, not wait for a title.
What if I can’t attend one of the live sessions?
All sessions are recorded and shared within 24 hours, along with a written summary and templates. You’ll still be able to submit your weekly action questions and get feedback. Live attendance is encouraged but not mandatory for every session.
How much time should I budget each week?
Plan for about 2 hours twice per week. The Leadership Kickstart (first class) is allocated for 2.5 hours.
Can my organization sponsor multiple members?
